Clery Act Compliance

The Clery Act, also known as the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, is a federal law in the United States that requires colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses. The Clery Act is enforced by the U.S. Department of Education.

The U.S. Department of Education鈥檚 requires that 麻豆社 must:

• Collect, classify, and count crime reports and crime statistics.
• Issue campus alerts.
• Provide educational programs and campaigns.
• Have procedures for institutional disciplinary action in cases of dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
• Publish an annual security report containing safety- and security-related policy statements and crime statistics and distribute it to all current students and employees. Schools also must inform prospective students and employees about the availability of the report.
• Submit crime statistics to the U.S. Department of Education in the fall of each year.
